Tanisha Gurbani

Tanisha Gurbani started their work experience in 2017 as a Teacher at Morning Star CBSE School. Tanisha was responsible for imparting education and catering to the holistic development of kindergarten students, as well as actively participating in organizing various events.

In 2021, they joined Shoppers Stop as an Operations Manager from June to August.

Currently, they are working at The Good Glamm Group as a Customer Retention Marketing professional. Their role involves the development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations, as well as the formulation of plans on loyalty and retention marketing strategies.

Tanisha Gurbani began their education journey in 2014 at Morning Star School, where they obtained their Secondary Education. Tanisha then attended Morning Star Higher Secondary School from 2015 to 2016 to complete their Higher Secondary education.

In 2016, Tanisha enrolled in BioReka University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Tanisha completed their degree in 2019.

During their time at BioReka University, Tanisha also pursued a Diploma of Education in Child Education and Applied Psychology from All India Early Childhood Care and Education. Tanisha completed this diploma program from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Tanisha attended the National Institute of Open Schooling and obtained a Middle School Diploma in Elementary Education and Teaching. Tanisha completed this program in 2019.

In 2020, Tanisha enrolled in the St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies to pursue a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) degree with a specialization in Finance. Tanisha is currently in their second year of this program and is expected to graduate in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Tanisha has obtained several certifications, including Accounting: Principles of Financial Accounting, Data Science Math Skills, Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, Excel Skills for Business: Essentials, and Presentations: Speaking so that People Listen. Tanisha obtained these certifications from Coursera in July 2020.
