Noel Davies is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in retail operations. Currently serving as the Store Sales Manager at The Good Guys since November 2018, Noel collaborates with the Store Executive Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, achieving sales exceeding $20 million annually while managing P&L within company guidelines. Prior to this, Noel held the position of Sales Manager at JR Duty Free in Perth Airport from January 2014 to September 2018, consistently surpassing sales and operational KPIs. As Area Retail Sales Manager at Man to Man Menswear from November 2012 to January 2014, Noel drove performance across multiple stores and collaborated with the State Manager to optimize operations.
