Kenneth Colon

Kenneth Colon serves as the Executive Director of Operations at The Goodness Project since February 2023. Prior to this role, Colon held various positions at the Buffalo Urban League, beginning as a Job Developer/Case Manager for out-of-school youth in September 2012, where assistance was provided to formerly incarcerated individuals in their community reintegration. Colon also worked as the Youth Program Coordinator between April 2017 and October 2022. Earlier in the career, Colon was a Housing Specialist at Hispanics United of Buffalo from January 2010 to April 2012. Kenneth Colon holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Corrections Administration from Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY.
