Armen Avanessian has a diverse work experience in management consulting, technology services, and operations. Armen began their career in 1997 with Pfizer, where they worked as a Management Consultant. From there, they moved on to Eli Lilly and Company, where they implemented a sales improvement system and trained sales executives. Armen then worked at various companies such as Boeing, Caterpillar Inc., and Sikorsky Aircraft in roles related to enterprise solutions delivery and management consulting. In 2003, Armen joined CentraLink as a Partner, providing customized strategies to support clients' growth plans. Armen also worked as a Management Consultant at Nationwide and Myspace, implementing organizational changes and cost-cutting initiatives. In 2008, they became the Chief Information Officer at The Goodwin Company before taking on the role of Interim Executive Director, COO/CIO at Virtual PICU Systems in 2010. At Virtual PICU Systems, they successfully implemented a corporate turnaround operation, reducing costs and achieving positive net income.
