James Starnes

James Starnes is an attorney at Gori Julian & Associates, P.C. since November 2017 and previously completed a public interest internship at the St Clair County State’s Attorney Office from May to August 2016, under the Illinois Supreme Court. Starnes earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law between 2014 and 2017 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2014. Education was completed at Freeburg Community High School, graduating in 2010.
