Paula McColgan

Paula McColgan is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at The Goring since May 2021, McColgan has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in service at London's last family-owned luxury hotel. Prior to this role, McColgan held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah and Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel from January 2020 to May 2021. Previous experience includes directing sales and marketing at Kimpton Fitzroy London during its refurbishment launch in 2018, and a long tenure at The Lanesborough from January 2004 to January 2016. Early career roles include Regional Director of Sales for St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and various sales leadership positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 1998 to 2002.
