Rachel Sauer

Rachel Sauer is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in journalism and editorial management. Currently serving as the Manager of Editorial Communication at the University of Colorado Boulder since July 2021, Rachel also contributes as a columnist at The Daily Sentinel of Grand Junction, a position held since June 2019. Previous roles include Digital Communication Coordinator for the City of Westminster and Web Design and Communications Coordinator for the Colorado School of Public Health. Rachel's journalism career spans multimedia reporting and editing at The Daily Sentinel and The Palm Beach Post, along with teaching graduate-level journalism at the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Brigham Young University.
