Colleen McCarthy Blair

Colleen McCarthy Blair is an accomplished philanthropy professional with extensive experience in donor services and external affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Philanthropy at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation since July 2017, Colleen has held various leadership roles including Senior Director of Donor Services and Interim Chief Philanthropy Officer. Prior experience includes Vice President for External Affairs and Major Gifts Officer at Red Cloud Indian School from May 2008 to June 2017, as well as volunteer work with Ragpickers Education & Development Scheme. Colleen began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Red Cloud Indian School. Colleen holds a degree in Visual Communication Design from the University of Dayton and an Executive Masters in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota.
