Laure Ferrando

Laure Morgenthaler Ferrando has extensive experience in leadership and marketing, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of THE GREATER MORRISTOWN YMCA INC since January 2017. Prior roles include Executive Director of Global Marketing and Product Development at Parlux Fragrances LLC/LTD., and Director of Trade Marketing at PUIG USA. Laure's career began as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Puig and progressed through various marketing roles, including Brand Manager at YSL BEAUTE. Academically, Laure holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs and French Language and Literature from Lafayette College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
