Serge Aubin

Serge Aubin is an experienced line lead with a strong track record in managing teams and achieving production targets. Since September 2019, Serge has been with The Green Organic Dutchman, overseeing the setup, calibration, and cleaning of packaging lines while managing up to 30 team members across multiple lines. Prior experience includes a role as line lead at Transline Group / Belvika, where management of a 25-member staff was key to meeting production goals. Serge also co-owned Busybee Toys and More, earning recognition as "Top Toy/Hobby Store" in Flamborough for nine consecutive years, and co-owned Busybee Toys and Books. Earlier career experience includes serving as a team leader in supply chain management, where motivation and team training were pivotal in achieving operational goals. Educational background includes attendance at White Oaks Secondary School and St. Michael's School.
