Cruz Pedro has established a robust culinary career, currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Group NYC since January 2018. Prior experience includes Chef de Cuisine at CP Prince St LLC from October 2017 to August 2018 and Executive Sous Chef at Food & Friendly LLC from September 2014 to August 2017, where contributions were made at renowned establishments such as Minetta Tavern and Cherche Midi. Cruz's culinary journey began with a Chef position at Altamarea Group from July 2007 to September 2014. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in ESL from Columbia University and a GED from CUNY Hostos Community College. Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to teaching others reflect Cruz's dedication to growth within the field.
