Dave Hartley

Dave Hartley has extensive experience in real estate, skiing, and sports officiating. Since June 2007, Dave has served as a Broker at Colorado Group Realty, specializing in various property types in Steamboat. Simultaneously, Dave has worked as a fully certified ski instructor for the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation since December 1999, focusing on private and family lessons. Additionally, as a Level 4 ice hockey referee and scheduler for USA Hockey since 1999, Dave has demonstrated a commitment to sports. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Steamboat Ski and Resort Realty and Assistant Golf Professional at Catamount Ranch and Club, where Dave advanced through several positions related to golf operations. Dave was also the owner of Whitewood Ski Tours, operating ski tours in the Rocky Mountains from 1989 to 1999, and worked as a sales representative at Travel Associates from 1982 to 1989. Dave holds a BS-Ed in Education from The Ohio State University, earned between 1978 and 1983, and is a graduate of Centerville High School.
