Brandon Wells

Brandon Wells has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Brandon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since January 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President / COO at the same company from January 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining The Group, Inc. Real Estate, Wells worked as the Chief Technology Officer at the company from December 2014 to January 2016.

In addition, they also worked at Coldwell Banker Legacy, starting in September 2007. Brandon first held the role of Qualifying Broker / Sales Manager, where they managed a large workforce of real estate professionals, oversaw daily operations, and developed motivational sales meetings. After that, they took on the role of Director of Web Services and Operations, where they were responsible for brand development, website traffic growth, and managing online consumer inquiries.

Prior to their time at Coldwell Banker Legacy, Wells worked as a Realtor / Sales Associate at the company from September 2004 to September 2006. In this role, they assisted home buyers, sellers, and investors while also managing their own business planning, management, and marketing.

Brandon Wells completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at The University of New Mexico from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Qualifying Broker (Real Estate) from the New Mexico Real Estate Association.
