Anika Halward

Anika Halward is an experienced professional in the field of community health and social care, currently serving as the CAS Operations Manager for the Midlands & East region at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since October 2019. In this role, Anika leads a cross-functional operations team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred services to adults, children, and families, while aligning operational plans with organizational strategy. Prior to this, Anika held various leadership positions at Deafblind UK, including Regional Manager, Business Development Manager, and Community Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing services and supporting individuals with sight and hearing loss. Anika's career began as an Area Advisor at IDEAL FOR ALL LIMITED, focusing on providing guidance for Direct Payments and personal health budgets. Anika holds a Foundation degree in community health and social care from the University of Wolverhampton.
