Michael Watson

Michael Watson is an experienced Project and Development Manager with a strong background in both the private and public sectors, specializing in Strategic Land Planning management, housing association development, and property development. Currently serving as the Construction Design & Quality Manager and Interim Head of Delivery - North at The Guinness Partnership since August 2020, Michael has previously held senior roles at Gladman Developments, Plus Dane Housing, Dane Housing (Congleton) Ltd, and Congleton Borough Council. Michael's expertise includes managing large-scale strategic land appraisals, overseeing planning applications, budget management, and delivering new housing projects. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Bath.
