Catherine Allan

Catherine Allan has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Catherine is currently serving as the Head of CRM at The Gym Group since 2023. Prior to this, Catherine held the position of Director CRM at Babylon from 2018 to 2022, where they successfully led the company's global CRM strategy and achieved a significant increase in CRM engagement levels. Before joining Babylon, Catherine worked at Ten Lifestyle Group as the Content and eCRM Director - Global, where they led a multi-territory team and implemented the company's first enterprise-level CRM system. Catherine also served as the Head of Member Communications at Ten, where they handled strategic e-CRM engagement communications and content creation. Catherine started their career as the Communications Manager at The Key and later worked as the Internal Communications Manager at the London Borough of Newham. Catherine also has experience as a Magazine Editor at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and as a Sub-editor and Features Editor at Northeast Press.

Catherine Allan completed their Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London in 2007. Catherine also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Psychology from Northumbria University, which they earned from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they received the Torchie Award 2020 for Agency Partner Story of the Year from Braze.
