Nilesh Darekar

Nilesh Darekar is an accomplished Chef De Cuisine currently employed at The H Dubai since December 2016, where experience includes roles as Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. Prior to this, Nilesh gained valuable experience as Speciality Chef De Partie at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, focusing on a signature steak house, and worked at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as Chef de Partie in a renowned restaurant known for unique dry-aged beef. Additional experience encompasses positions at Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Marriott International, where Nilesh progressed from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie. Nilesh began culinary training at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as an Industrial Trainee. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Hospitality from IHM Ahmedabad, earned from 2006 to 2009.
