Russel Saludes

Russel Saludes is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at The H Dubai since February 2023, Russel has previously held similar roles at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi from September 2018 to February 2023 and at Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana from April 2017 to September 2018. Prior positions include Human Resources Secretary at Al Ain Rotana and various roles at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities included serving as both Secretary and Lobby Ambassador. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Filipino Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, alongside a Diploma in Education in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.
