Juan Vargas

Juan Vargas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at The Haartz Corporation since October 2019, Juan previously held the role of Research and Development Technician. Prior to this, Juan worked as a Mortgage Banker at The Federal Savings Bank from March 2020 to February 2021. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Juan was the CEO of Repuestos Vargas, a motorcycle repair and spare parts shop in Bonao, Dominican Republic, from September 2009 to March 2020. Additionally, Juan served as President of COOPREBON, a cooperative of motorcycle parts store owners in Bonao, from November 2014 to September 2019. Academically, Juan holds a Master’s degree in Senior Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Tecnológica del Cibao, along with an Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
