Julia Barnhart

Julia Barnhart is a seasoned Senior Manager in R&D at The Hain Celestial Group, with extensive experience in product development, project management, and team leadership across better-for-you brands. Since 2016, Julia has spearheaded various projects from concept to commercialization in categories such as snacks, bakery, meat alternatives, and beverages. Julia is also a founding member of the Women's Leadership Network and an active participant in the DE&I Council, both aimed at promoting inclusivity and empowering women in the workplace. Prior to this, Julia held positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA, Legendary Baking, and Hampton Creek Foods, focusing on new product development, innovation, and quality improvement. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bakery Science and Management from Kansas State University.
