Apryl Perkins

Apryl Perkins serves as an Operations Officer at The HALO Trust since August 2022, focusing on landmine clearance and unexploded ordnance disposal, as well as managing weapons, ammunition, and explosive remnants of war in conflict-recovering regions. Prior experience includes serving as an EOD Specialist and Combat Medic in the US Army from January 2001 to November 2016, and holding positions such as Senior Branch Manager at Acopia Home Loans and Mortgage Loan Originator at Georgia Southern Mortgage Group. Apryl Perkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chiropractic Medicine from Life University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Kennesaw State University, and has completed various educational programs at United States Army Schools & Centers.
