Julia Eckelmann

Julia Eckelmann is a Program Manager at The HALO Trust, with experience in Weapons and Ammunition Management across Malawi and Mozambique. Previously, Julia served as a Project Manager at Management Systems International, supporting the USAID/Zambia Evidence for Health project, and held various roles including Technical Consultant and Operations Specialist within governance projects in MENA. Julia's career includes research internships at the Vlaams Vredesinstituut and the German Parliament, as well as contributions to the United Nations' Counter-Terrorism Committee. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and has completed recent training in Effective Weapons and Ammunition Management through UNITAR.
