Chris Badger

Chris Badger is a Senior Development Manager at The Hampshire Companies. Chris has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on investment strategy and asset management. Prior to joining The Hampshire Companies, they were with Resource Real Estate, where they worked for four years as an investment strategy and asset management group. Before that, they were with Toll Brothers for nine years as a Senior Project Manager. Chris has a proven track record of successful real estate development projects, and they are a valuable asset to The Hampshire Companies.

Chris Badger attended Fordham Preparatory School for their secondary education. Chris then went on to Cornell University where they received their BS in Industrial and Labor Relations. After that, they attended Fordham University to receive their MBA in Finance and Management.
