Prakash Chandrabalan

Prakash Chandrabalan is the Director of Transactions at The Hampshire Companies. Prakash has over two decades of experience in diverse industries including real estate, education, food and beverage, and asset management.

Chandrabalan began their career in real estate, working on the concept master plan for a mixed-use real estate project totaling 20 million square feet. Prakash also led the project management, pre-opening, and operations of an international K-12 school in Dubai. In addition to their work in real estate, Chandrabalan has also overseen the financial management of a food and beverage vertical, as well as the asset management of a family portfolio worth over 100 million dollars.

Most recently, Chandrabalan served as the Director of Business for Africa at Eagle Hills. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the company's business operations in Africa. Prakash also worked closely with government officials and other partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Chandrabalan's experience in both the private and public sectors has given him a unique perspective on how to successfully manage transactions and assets. Prakash's knowledge and expertise are invaluable assets to The Hampshire Companies.

Prakash Chandrabalan has a degree in accounting and finance from Government College. Prakash is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
