David Troxell

David Troxell is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Hangout since May 2022. Prior to this role, Troxell held positions such as Sous Chef at Refined Hospitality from July 2018 to May 2022 and Executive Sous Chef at Congress Hall Hotel for a brief period in 2018. Troxell's extensive background also includes serving as Chef Manager at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center from November 2015 to April 2018, and as Executive Sous Chef at Renaissance Allentown Hotel for several months in 2014. Troxell’s culinary career began at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, where an extensive tenure as Executive Chef lasted from November 2004 to December 2014. Troxell holds an Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from Northampton.
