Paul Maracci has a robust background in the culinary field, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at The Hangout since October 2021. Prior to this role, Paul operated as the Restaurant Owner at The Humble Hoagie from October 2019 to October 2021. Paul's experience also includes a significant tenure at Marriott International as a Sous Chef from November 2013 to October 2019, and a position as Shift Leader at Ruby Tuesday from November 2006 to November 2008.
