Melanie Santos

Melanie Santos, CEEM, currently serves as the Director of Exposure Management & Analytics at The Hanover Insurance Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc., including CAT Modeling Manager and Catastrophe Modeling Team Lead, from March 2020 to September 2024. Previous experience includes work as a Catastrophe Modeling Associate at Crum & Forster and academic assistance at Drew University. Melanie's educational background includes an MBA in Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a BA in Business Studies with a minor in Sociology from Drew University.
