Tichina Rhodes has a diverse work experience in the social services field. Tichina is currently working at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD as a Lead Generation Specialist and Integrated Care Coordinator. In this role, they conduct outbound outreach efforts, educates prospective clients about available services, and qualifies leads for the Health Home program. Tichina also has experience as a Student Athlete at Penn State University.

Tichina Rhodes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Human Services from Penn State University in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Houston, with an expected completion in 2023.
