Camryn Santos

Camryn Santos serves as the Director of Strategy & Innovation at The Hartford, leading an Innovation Lab focused on accelerating IoT-based solutions to enhance customer value and drive growth through new products and services. Previous experience includes serving as Program Lead for Intelligent Operations, where Camryn leveraged Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence to streamline business processes and enhance customer value. Camryn began a career at The Hartford in the Technology Leadership Development Program, gaining diverse IT and business expertise. Prior roles include consulting at Capital Recruitment and account management at Campus Special, achieving significant sales revenue. Camryn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
