Lauren Eagle

Lauren Eagle is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Middle & Large Commercial at The Hartford since June 2021, Lauren previously held the role of Human Resources Director for Small Commercial Product & Underwriting, where expertise was applied to enhance talent alignment with business objectives. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Finance at SABIC, where strategic partnerships were forged within the finance sector, and earlier roles at General Electric, focusing on manufacturing and organizational development. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Organizational Behavior from SUNY Geneseo.
