John-Paul Saenz

During his Haskell career, John-Paul Saenz has assumed progressive roles of responsibility from Project Management to Group President before being appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in fall 2017. As COO, John-Paul oversees enterprise-wide operations encompassing more than 1,600 Haskell team members, offices across the United States and in Latin America and Asia, and more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

John-Paul is credited with several company milestones during his tenure. He established Haskell’s operations in the Latin America Region. He guided Haskell’s largest market, the Food and Beverage Division, to double-digit growth and profitability. Most recently, before being appointed COO, he served as Group President of the Consumer Packaged Goods Group, leading successful acquisitions that globalized and transformed Haskell into one of the preeminent, fully integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms in the world.
