Nell Thornton-Lee

Nell Thornton-Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Nell is currently working at The Health Foundation as a Senior Improvement Analyst since January 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Improvement Analyst at the same organization from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining The Health Foundation, Nell worked at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as a Shared Strategy Implementation Manager from May 2021 to October 2021.

Nell also has extensive experience at Leeds Academic Health Partnership, where they served as a Senior Delivery and Business Manager from December 2017 to October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Business Manager from July 2016 to December 2017.

Nell's career began at NHS Leadership Academy, where they worked as a Programme Support Manager (Leadership Development) from December 2014 to July 2016. Nell also served as a Programme and Events Coordinator (Frontline Nursing) from April 2014 to April 2015 during their tenure at the academy.

Nell Thornton-Lee has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Research from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same institution, where they studied the fields of History & Philosophy of Science and Politics.
