Osama Naji, MD MRCOG has a diverse work experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. Osama Naji, began their career as a House Surgeon at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2008.

Osama Naji, MD MRCOG, completed their medical education at the University of Baghdad from 1997 to 2003, obtaining a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB). Osama Naji, then pursued further studies at Imperial College London from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Gynaecological Imaging.

Following this, Dr. Naji enrolled in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, a program that lasted from 2011 to 2019. During their time there, they obtained the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the General Medical Council in December 2019. In addition, they obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in May 2015.

Dr. Naji also holds several additional certifications. In June 2019, they obtained the "Mary Seacole in Healthcare Leadership" certification from the NHS Leadership Academy. Osama Naji, later completed a course on "Bioethics: The Law, Medicine, and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics" at Harvard University in May 2020. Lastly, they obtained the "Medical Practitioner" certification from the General Medical Council, although the specific dates for its completion are not provided.
