Rafael Baptista

Rafael Baptista has work experience as a Clinical Pharmacist at Powys Teaching Health Board since February 2020. Rafael is currently working in this role. Rafael also has experience as a Member of Q Community at The Health Foundation, starting in August 2022. Additionally, Rafael was a Research Fellow at Universidade de Lisboa from January 2015 to September 2015.

Rafael Baptista's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon. Rafael completed their studies there in 2014 and was awarded a PharmD degree. Following this, in 2015, Rafael pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at Aberystwyth University, which they completed in 2019.

In terms of certifications, Rafael achieved the status of "Certified Pharmacist in Portugal" from the Ordem dos Farmacêuticos in March 2019. In January 2018, they also became an "Associate Member" of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Later, in January 2020, Rafael obtained the "Certified Pharmacist UK" designation from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and became a "Member" of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
