Erica Kella, BSN, RN, CCRN, currently serves as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano since July 2021. With extensive experience in critical care, Erica has also worked as an Intensive Care Nurse at Medical City Healthcare since November 2015 and as a Progressive Care Registered Nurse at the Medical Center of Lewisville from July 2014 to November 2015. Prior to nursing, Erica gained diverse experience in the service industry and retail, including roles as a Restaurant/Cocktail Server at Copelands of New Orleans and a Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Midwestern State University, having previously attended Stephen F. Austin State University for foundational studies.
