Bonnie L.

Bonnie L. is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Culture/Chief Talent Officer at The Henry Ford since May 2020, Bonnie previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Grant Associates Inc, overseeing strategic planning and execution of a comprehensive human resources framework. Additional roles include Director of Professional and Organizational Development and Human Resource Manager at Grant Associates, Inc. Michigan Works! Agency, and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Novi Community Schools. Bonnie's leadership extends to serving as President and Board Member of the Michigan School Personnel Administrator Association and supporting human resource functions across multiple K-12 districts in Oakland and Macomb County. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations from Eastern Michigan University and has pursued further education at Walsh College.
