Joni Reynolds

Joni has worked at Heritage since 1993. She says she always wanted to work with at-risk youth. She enjoys working with teenagers and learning from them with all of their energy and passion for various things. She has learned, “we are always learning and growing from each others’ experiences.” She says she enjoys seeing students succeed when they thought they never could and loves being a part of their journey in education. Joni came to Heritage right out of college and has spent her entire professional career at Heritage. She says she looks forward to coming to work each day because it is enjoyable to talk with, teach and learn from her students. She also loves the support and friendships she has with her colleagues. She is originally from Salina, Utah and enjoys reading, biking, hiking and spending time with her family. Joni is an avid sports enthusiast.
