Elizabeth Fender serves as director of marketing at The Heritage Foundation, overseeing brand development, graphic design, web and email strategy, market research, advertising, and audience building.
Prior to her current position, Fender served as Director of the Center on Public Opinion and market research associate, conducting and then overseeing the work of the American Perceptions Initiative, The Heritage Foundation’s project on market research, since 2015.
Before joining Heritage in 2015, Fender spent five years as a research and data manager at WBA Research in Maryland, preparing data and managing market research projects in the health care, transportation, and higher education industries.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa.
