Angela Wilson

Angela Wilson serves as Senior Counsel for Global Intellectual Property at The Hershey Company since May 2021. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Licensing at Hallmark Cards, where responsibilities included supervising Hallmark's global licensing organization and directing trademark and copyright functions. Angela's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel at GSK, managing a global pharmaceutical trademark portfolio, and as a Trademark Attorney at Parks Wood LLC, focusing on various trademark issues. Angela began their legal career with a summer internship at The Coca-Cola Company and has substantial academic credentials, including a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
