Head Campus Captain Coach at The Hidden Opponent

Sarah Squires has a diverse work experience across various organizations. In 2022, they worked as a Volunteer at FLOWLOVESYOU FOUNDATION, where they helped equip youth for a successful life through inclusion and mentorship. Sarah also served as a Head Campus Captain at The Hidden Opponent in 2023, where they focused on mental health initiatives and awareness on college campuses. In the same year, they worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness, assisting with rehab exercises for post-surgical and injured athletes. Sarah also gained experience in the field of athletic training at Cabrillo College, where they worked as an Athletic Training student aide & volunteer and a Fall Intern Athletic Training Aide. Additionally, they worked as a Recovery Counselor at The Lotus Collaborative, providing trauma-informed care and managing therapeutic groups. Sarah also has experience as a Girls soccer coach at Aptos Junior High School and as a Childcare Worker and Kids coach assistant at Crossfit Aptos, where they focused on coaching and providing a safe and fun environment for youth. Sarah has also volunteered at MONTEREY BAY HORSEMANSHIP & THERAPEUTIC CENTER and served as an Assistant girls soccer coach at Aptos Junior High School and a Summer camp soccer coach at Cabrillo College.

Sarah Squires completed their high school education at Pacific Coast Charter from 2013 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Sarah then pursued further education at Cabrillo College from 2017 to 2022, completing an Associate of Science in Kinesiology with a field of study in Kinesiology and Athletic Training. In 2023, they attended Concordia University-St. Paul for a brief period and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
