Rex Sanders

Rex Sanders is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as a Partner and Cofounder at The Hive since February 2023, Rex has also been a Board Member of the PSHRA San Diego Chapter since January 2024. Between November 2006 and January 2023, Rex held various leadership roles at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, including Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Administration. Prior to that, Rex worked as a Human Resources Specialist at both The Bar Association of San Francisco and ICLEI USA. Rex holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Santa Fe College, along with studies at the University of Westminster.
