Gerard LaFond has extensive experience in digital marketing and communications. Prior to this role, Gerard worked at LEWIS Global Communications as the SVP | GM Boston | Digital Practice Lead, where they led multiple teams on integrated global marketing programs for leading brands. Gerard also held roles at Weber Shandwick, Cone Communications, Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, Pearson, red TANGENT, Media Revolution, and Ticketmaster-Online CitySearch, Inc., where they gained experience in executive positions and digital marketing strategies. Gerard is known for their creative storytelling approach and their ability to blur the lines between practice areas.

Gerard LaFond holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside.
