Destiny Morales

Destiny Morales has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Technical Recruiter at The Hollister Group, where they focus on bringing exceptional people together to ignite business culture. Previously, they worked as a DEI Technical Recruiter at Amazon Music. Destiny also gained experience as a Program and Outreach Intern at Gracepoint Church, a Program Assistant at the Center for Research on Ending Violence, and an Education Intern at coLAB Arts. Destiny held multiple positions at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, including Faith and Justice Intern, Instructor, Research Assistant, Peer Mentor, Barbara Voorhees Mentor, and Resident Mentor. Additionally, Destiny volunteered as a Volunteer Assistant at Dina's Dwellings.

Destiny Morales completed their Bachelor's in Psychology and BSW (Social Work) with Magna Cum Laude honors from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Destiny attended the university from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Agile Foundations, Learning Microsoft Project, Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Budgets, and Scrum: The Basics, from LinkedIn in May 2023.
