Gerald Gonzales

Gerald Gonzales has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Store Manager and previously as Operations Manager at The Home Depot Canada since March 2015. Prior to this, Gerald held various leadership positions at Target from September 2012 to March 2015, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader with a focus on logistics and replenishment processes. At Wal-Mart Canada, from July 2002 to August 2012, Gerald advanced through several roles, including Store Co Manager and Assistant Store Manager, demonstrating strong leadership in store operations, merchandising, employee development, and achieving high employee satisfaction scores. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from York University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
