Kathy Marinic Walsh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and retail management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development - Global Sourcing at The Home Depot Canada since July 2015, Kathy has a strong background in strategic merchandise planning and inventory management, previously holding roles such as Senior Buyer for Toys and Sporting Goods at Target Canada, and Planning Manager at TJX Canada/WMI. Kathy also served as Senior Category Manager - Grocery at Loblaw Companies Limited, where responsibilities included category assortment and collaboration with global CPG firms. With an educational foundation that includes an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Schulich School of Business and a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Kathy brings a blend of analytical and strategic expertise to the retail sector.
