Jessica Jacobs

Jessica Jacobs is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at The Honest Company since April 2015. In this role, Jessica leads all aspects of the Target partnership, overseeing strategy, revenue management, and P&L management while managing a team of four. Previous positions at The Honest Company include Director of Sales and National Account Director for Target, where significant growth was achieved in the Target Baby and Beauty categories. Earlier experience includes strategic roles at Target, where Jessica managed visual merchandising and contributed to expanding operations into Canada. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University's Farmer School of Business.
