Yong Lin

Yong Lin is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in inventory and cost management, currently serving as the Inventory/Cost Accounting Manager at The Honest Company since April 2023. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at Jakks Pacific and Senior Accountant at Robert Half. As Co-Founder of KonaMobile LLC, Yong Lin successfully negotiated partnerships with developers, leading to the launch of nine titles on major platforms. Yong Lin's early career included a significant role as an Internal Auditor at Deckers Brands, where improvements to internal controls were implemented for compliance with SOX 404, as well as contributions as a Staff Accountant overseeing multi-region closing procedures under US GAAP. Yong Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from UC Santa Barbara.
