Joyce Lok Yan Chan

Joyce Lok Yan Chan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government and corporate law. Currently serving as a Government Counsel at The Hong Kong Department of Justice since March 2015, Joyce has previously worked as a Document Review Attorney at Epiq and as a Trainee Solicitor at F. Zimmern & Co. Joyce's career began as an Assistant Labour Officer at the Labour Department of the HKSAR Government. Academically, Joyce holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Government and Laws, all obtained from The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Joyce completed secondary education at Heep Yunn School.
