Beatrice Wong

Beatrice Wong is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a comprehensive background in training and business development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Partner in Training & Business Development at Zenlinx Limited and Training & Coaching Program Coordinator at Active Communication Ltd. Beatrice also held an internship at DHL Express Europe, where responsibilities included event management and cross-business collaboration. Leadership experience encompasses serving as Member Committee President for AIESEC in Hong Kong, overseeing multiple local committees and organizing national conferences. Beatrice holds a degree in Social Science with a focus on Organizational Communications from Hong Kong Baptist University and additional qualifications in Leadership Ministry and Theology from C3 College and Charis Bible College.
