Beth Woods has extensive work experience in brand strategy and corporate marketing. Beth is currently serving as the Head of Brand Strategy at The Hopper, where they manage the creation of brand marketing strategies for multi-sector group companies. Beth leads a team to design and execute activations across international markets and implements scalable programs to improve collaboration.
Prior to this, Beth held the position of Head of Corporate Marketing at The Hopper, where they built and shaped brands, developed marketing objectives, and delivered integrated strategies for key products and brand themes. Beth also launched the company in the UK to drive lead generation and attract top tech talent.
Before joining The Hopper, Beth worked at The Workshop - Inventors of Play as the Head of Corporate Marketing, defining employer and commercial marketing strategies and driving growth of social engagement. Beth also served as a Product Design Manager and a Product Traffic Operations Manager at the same company.
Earlier in their career, Beth worked as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Manager Creative Services at CapitMedia, where they defined operational processes and directed the traffic team. Beth also gained experience as a Production Manager at Montreal Jewish General Hospital and as a General Manager at CHC Group Ltd.
Beth's work experience also includes a role as an Account Manager at Adecco Group.
Beth Woods completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) hons degree in History at The University of Dundee from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they also pursued studies in Creative Multimedia at the University of Skeria in Sweden. Prior to their university education, Beth attended Portadown College from 1994 to 1998. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, Beth pursued studies at the Design Management Institute.
